You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective.
You received the wrong product or incorrect item.
The product packaging was damaged during delivery.

The product seal is not broken (unless received in damaged condition).

Non-Exchangeable Items
Perfumes and attars that have been used, opened, or tested.
Items exchanged after 7 days of delivery.
Products without original packaging or missing parts.
