Advance Payment: Customers can pay via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. A payment screenshot must be attached for verification before the order is processed.

Order Verification: Orders placed with incomplete information or incorrect details may be canceled or delayed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer Free Delivery on all orders across Pakistan.

Delivery time usually takes 3–5 working days depending on your location.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy only.

Exchange is applicable if:

The product received is damaged, wrong, or defective.

The item is returned in unused condition with its original packaging.

Customers can participate in our Free Gift Program by enrolling through our website.
Each week, one lucky participant is selected through a Qurandazi (Draw), and the winner’s name and picture are announced on the website.
